FAQ

Do you have any openings?

We have a couple openings for friendly dogs that can go on a weekly basis.

What about the weather?

I don’t go if it’s above 85 degrees pr below 15 degrees. You can set your own temperature limits for your dog if you need to. I also don’t go if it’s unsafe to drive.

Are the dogs fenced-in?

Yes. The entire camp is securely fenced-in.

How much?

$50 includes at least four-and-a-half hours at camp and pick-up and drop-off at your home, if you live in our service area.

What do you farm?

We have a tree farm, some honeybees, and we grow organic vegetables and pumpkins. It is more of a sustainable plot of land than a farm.

Are there ticks?

Only a couple of ticks were found in 2015. We are working hard to eliminate the ticks in the dog camp. Tick-transmitted diseases are rare in NW Indiana, and are completely preventable. We recommend using your veterinarian-approved flea and tick preventative, such as: Frontline, Advantix, or Revolution.

How are dogs transported?

Currently we are using a big 4×4 van-like truck. Fifteen dogs ride comfortably.

Do you offer boarding at your farm?

Not at this time.
